2. Extract to Desktop
3. Open My Computer folder
4. Open (C:)
5. Open Program Files
6. Click on Adobe folder
7. Click on After Effects CS4, 5 folder
8. Open Support Files
9. Open Plugins
10. Click on Optical Flares
11. Open Optical Flares Presets folder
12. Open Lens Objects
13. Copy and Paste Pro Presets onto OF Presets folder.
