"San Andreas Citizens" is a SCM modification that allows you to easily switch into any San Andreas Citizen that you encounter. Simply press 'Y' when you're near another citizen and you will become that citizen.

"San Andreas Citizens" is a SCM modification that allows you to easily switch into any San Andreas Citizen that you encounter. Simply press 'Y' when you're near another citizen and you will become that citizen.
Some citizens have special abilities. These will be described on screen when you switch into such a citizen.

Installation and starting:
1) Create a directory MPACK in the directory "GTA San Andreas User Files" in "My Documents".
2) Copy the MPACK3 directory from this download into that new directory.
3) Start GTA San Andreas, start a new game and choose the option: "San Andreas Citizens".
